Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The magic number is 100 sets per design/colourway. So, if you have two designs (design 1, design 2) or colourways (like Stealth and White), the MOQ will be 100 each.

How much do custom tapes cost?

Pricing largely depends on quantity - the more you order, the lower the unit price.

What tape material and specs are used for custom orders?

The same epic polymer blend as our Classic range - water-resistant, shock-absorbing and grippy in all conditions.

The tapes are 220cm long, 3cm wide, and 2.5mm thick, tapering to 1.8mm at the edges, with a silicone gel backing.

Do you do brand/artist/content creator collaborations?

What comes in each box?

Each box includes two rolls of bar tape, two bar end plugs, and two strips of finishing tape.

How does the design process work?

You can provide us with a production-ready design (as per specs on page 5) or we can put the design together based on some direction from you
If you’d like to proceed with the second option, there’s a design cost of $125+GST per hour, charged in 30-min increments. This generally doesn’t go over the hour if there are minimal changes.

What file formats do you need for logos and artwork?

Vector files like AI and EPS are

Artwork must be vector - no rasterised imagery is

accepted, meaning no JPEG’s, PNG’s, TIF’s, PSD’s or

the likes.

How long does production take?

Production generally takes 55-60 days. Lead times will be discussed at point of inquiry.

Do you ship custom orders internationally?

We do! Generally we like to ship them to us first, to do a thorough QC check, and then fulfil from there.
