Crash Replacement
The tarmac doesn't care how new your tape is. One slide and it scuffs, tears and rips the bar tape apart. We've all been there. What we can do about it comes down to how long you've had it.
Within 3 months of purchase: send us a photo or video of the damage and we'll replace the set free of charge. You cover shipping on the replacement, and there's no need to send the wrecked tape back. Wear it as a battle scar.
After 3 months: you're covered for the life of the product with 30% off the current RRP toward a fresh set.

Terms and conditions:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Photo or video evidence of the damage is required. There's no need to return the damaged tape.
- The 3-month window runs from the date of purchase.
- Crash replacement covers crash damage, not general wear and tear. Wear is obvious, and it's not what this is for.
- Free replacements and the 30% discount cover the same product group. e.g. a damaged Classic tape is replaced with, or discounted toward, one Classic tape. Not another range such as Endurance or Domestique.
- The 30% discount applies to the full RRP of the original product. It can only be redeemed on full-priced products, not sale items, and only through our online store, burgh.cc.
- If your tape looks faulty rather than crash-damaged, that's a warranty claim, and we cover the costs on those.
- Crash replacement is a goodwill offer and doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
