Warranty Claim
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We build our gear to take a hammering. If a product bought from burgh.cc turns out faulty, we'll make it right.
We provide a 24-month warranty against defects from the date of purchase. If we assess a product as faulty within this period, we'll repair, replace or refund it, and we cover all costs, including return shipping. This warranty is in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.
To make a claim, fill out the form below with your order details and a description of the fault. Photos, receipts and purchase information are required.
Terms and conditions:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover general wear and tear or crash damage.
- The age of your tape will be taken into consideration, as fair wear and tear is not covered.
- Burgh covers all costs on approved warranty claims, including return shipping.
- If your product was purchased from another store, please contact them directly.
