What to do if you’ve changed your mind about your order or it arrives faulty/damaged

Change of mind

We want you to be stoked with your new purchase, so if you aren’t completely happy and your order falls within the below terms, we can help.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind refund or exchange, your order must be:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original unopened packaging

To start your return, please email us at with your order number and if you’re seeking a refund or exchange.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safe delivery. We are not liable for goods that are damaged or missing in transit, so please contact your chosen freight company to resolve this.

If you’re returning a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us first and we’ll arrange a prepaid postage label.

Faulty/incorrect/damaged items

We take pride in our products but understand that manufacturing faults and other issues can sometimes occur.

Please contact us as soon as possible at with details and photos of the fault/error so we can arrange a prompt replacement or refund. If you need to send the items back, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Processing of refunds/exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. An email will be sent to confirm approval of your request and for refunds, the amount (minus shipping) will be applied to your original payment method.

Refunds generally take up to 5 business days to land in most bank accounts, but if you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your bank. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us at and we’ll help where possible.
