An important update for our US customers
The US have announced a suspension of the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed duty-free entry for all shipments valued under US$800.
From 29 August 2025, all shipments, regardless of value, may be subject to customs duties and tariffs. These are additional to the cost provided at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
This may be applied as a percentage of the product’s customs value or a fixed fee per unit/shipment, regardless of value.
As of 26 August 2025, Australia Post have temporarily suspended postage of parcels to the US and Puerto Rico until further notice.
Postage services remains available with DHL Express. Please note customs duties and tariffs may still apply with this service.

Processing times may also be impacted during this time.
Taxes, duties and tariffs
International orders (those with a destination outside of Australia) may incur import taxes, duties and/or tariffs by the local customs authority. These are additional to the item and shipping costs at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Each country has different rules concerning import fees, please visit your local customs authority’s website or contact your local customs authority from more information.
If you choose not to pay import taxes or duties, delivery cannot be completed and the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once it has arrived back to us, we’ll process a refund less the cost of shipping both ways. If the shipping cost exceeds the value of your order, we’ll be unable to issue a refund.
Processing times
We work as quickly as we can to get your order on the move. All orders are typically processed within 2 business days after they are placed. We do not process orders on weekends or Australian public/national holidays.
As a small team, sometimes delays happen. If your order will be significantly impacted, we’ll reach out to you via email to keep you updated.
Orders cannot be amended once they’ve been shipped.

Australia
Free Express shipping for orders $99 AUD and up.
For orders below $99 AUD, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
International (outside Australia)
- Free Standard shipping for orders $150 AUD and up.
- Free Express shipping for orders $250 AUD and up.
For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- DHL Express (5-7 business days)
- AusPost Express Post (10-14 business days)
- AusPost Parcel/Standard Post (14-21 business days)

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an update from us with the tracking number. Keep an eye on your junk folder in case the tracking email lands in there.
If your order is heading internationally (outside of Australia), you will be able to track it via your national mail carrier (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail etc) when it lands in the destination country. The national mail carrier’s tracking tool typically provides more detailed updates than Australia Post.
Packaging
We utilise recyclable packaging and compostable satchels for all orders.
Undeliverable orders
Orders may be undeliverable due to no one being home, inaccessible premises or an incorrect address supplied. Depending on the postal service, delivery may be attempted 2-3 times before the parcel is returned to a local post office/facility for collection.
If the parcel is not picked up in time, it will be sent back to us. Once received, we will arrange a refund less the cost of shipping both ways. If the freight cost exceeds the value of your order, we are unable to offer a refund.
