Our team will assess your claim and arrange a credit, replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Please note, in order to process your warranty claim, the item must have been purchased from Burgh Cycling directly. If you have purchased the item from a distributor or reseller, please contact them and they will be able to assist with your warranty claim.
