At Burgh Cycling, we take great pride in delivering top-notch products with the highest manufacturing standards. However, issues may occur from time to time.
If your product was purchased from our website (burgh.cc) and appears faulty or you’ve had a recent spill (we’ve all been there!), simply fill out the form below with all relevant information.
Our team will assess your claim and arrange a refund, replacement or discount, where appropriate.
Please note: We have a 12-month warranty period from the date of receipt. Warranty and crash replacement claims do not cover general wear and tear. If your tape was purchased from another store, please contact them directly for assistance.
Terms and conditions:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- A refund, replacement or discount is at the discretion of the Burgh team and may not be offered in all instances.
- The age of your tape will be taken into consideration as fair wear and tear is not covered.
- The discount provided may be used to replace the damaged item/s from the same product group. e.g if a Classic tape is damaged, a discount will be provided for the purchase of one classic tape.
- The crash replacement discount of 30% applies to the full RRP of the original product purchased and can only be redeemed on full-priced products, not sale items and is only available through our online store, burgh.cc.
